“ Boston Burger Company is a restaurant which sets the bar very high when it comes to burgers, frappés, or any appetizers. I’ve been coming to the Boylston St. location since 2018 because of the concept that BBC offers - lively and clean restaurant space, well laid out menu, kind waiters/waitresses, and then of course the extraordinary plates. All of the menu items are unique, and have that extra spice and care which you simply cannot get anywhere. There is a reason why Guy Fieri said that “this place is outside the box”. I can only recommend Boston Burger Company. If you want to have a genuine American dining experience, look no further - I can promise you will not be let down at all. For the past 7 years this has been the case for me. I hope I could meet Paul once and talk to him about his burgers! ”
“ I brought my kids to BBCo after a trip to the MFA. There was something for everyone, which was perfect. My kids liked their meals although my son wasn’t crazy about the cheese in the Mac & cheese bites. Not sure what they used, but they weren’t his favorite. The other kids meals - the grilled cheese and cheeseburger were good, zero complaints. And all the kids liked the chips. The chicken caprese sandwich was excellent! The flavors melded well together and the chicken was juicy. It usually comes with chips but I declined them. We had to round out with one of the giant frappes. The kids devoured it in about 30 seconds. I managed to get a sip and a taste, and can confirm that it tastes as good as it looked. My only complaint about the whole lunch was that service is slow. It was two hours from sit down to leaving and we could’ve done it in an hour easily. Our waiter was incredibly busy, working the bar seating and tables - I can’t fault him. I’m not sure if it’s staffing, but the guy could have used some help. ”
“ We go here every time we are in Boston and would recommend it to anyone that likes American food. Besides the loud music, it was absolutely fantastic. The burger were delicious and loaded, fries were crispy and tasted great. The service was fast and attentive. If you want a really good burger, that's the place to go! ”
“ What a great place and delicious food. Came here with some family members from out of the country and they loved the burgers and boneless wings. I had the Roots Burger and didn’t think I would finish it but I did. Others had the Big Pappi and also ate the whole thing. The homemade chips were also pretty good. Will definitely be making visits again with other family members. Gluten free buns are available as well as the salads are gluten free. ”
“ I decided to go in on a whim after exploring Boston, and that was an absolutely great choice! I sat at the bar as I was on my own, and the guy that served me was super friendly and helpful. I had the killer bee burger and oh my gosh, it was amazing. The honey bbq sauce and onion rings were to die for, and the burger itself was soooo good. This was one of the few times I have actually been able to have my burger med rare, which just absolutely added to the flavour. To add, this was also my first proper burger whilst in the states, and I’m glad this was my first one as it was perfect. ”
